Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

We carefully prepare each order with the same attention to detail we put into our furniture designs:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Return Promise

Just as we carefully curate our collections of space-saving, multifunctional furniture, we’ve designed our returns policy to be straightforward and comprehensive. You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations.

Key Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Assembly-required items must not be assembled

Non-Returnable Items:

To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized furniture pieces (with personalized engravings or finishes)
  • Special order items not part of our standard collections
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” in product descriptions

Simple 3-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return Request

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for damaged/incorrect items)

3. Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in original packaging and affix the return label. For changed mind returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs ($12.95 for standard return shipping).

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Simply indicate in your request that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item from our curated collections of bedroom furniture, dining sets, or living room pieces.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds appear in 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For changed mind returns, return shipping is deducted from your refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or wrong product:

  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs
  • You may choose replacement or full refund
  • Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
