Our Return Promise
We stand behind our space-saving, multifunctional furniture with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Like our carefully curated collections, this policy is designed to be simple yet comprehensive.
Key Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Assembly-required items must not be assembled
- Custom or special order items cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, certain items in our collections cannot be returned:
- Customized furniture pieces (personalized engravings or finishes)
- Special order items not part of our standard collections
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in product descriptions
Simple 3-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return Request

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for damaged/incorrect items)
3. Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging and affix the return label. For changed mind returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs ($12.95 for standard return shipping).
Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Simply indicate in your request that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear in 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For changed mind returns, return shipping is deducted from your refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product:
- We’ll cover all return shipping costs
